Teacher Empowerment

ASDIF focuses on every essential needed to make the teacher fulfilled. This is because every profession and everyone having a livelihood today was taught by someone. And that someone is a “TEACHER”. We seek to empower every teacher as this is the basis of every thriving community. It is very necessary to empower our teachers so that they can empower the kids in turn. At ASDIF Teacher Empowerment Workshops, we groom teachers to Collaborate with other teachers, provide them with a better place to work, solicit and derive STEM materials/tools to aid them in teaching, and guide them to have breaks and enhance their personal development. By empowering teachers, teachers can discover their potential and limitations for themselves as well as develop competence in their professional development. This makes teacher empowerment a crucial issue.
